Production

 Ordering a handmade handbag with Loop Couture is an exciting process and we know you cannot wait for us to produce and ship your very own. And trust us, we cannot wait to make it for you and get it into your hands.

Orders placed with us usually take 5-10 business days to ship. Our items are handcrafted and made to order, inventory is kept small as reflected in our stock quantities. If you need your items rushed, please leave a note during the checkout process and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

 

In the rare case we need to delay or cancel your order due to material availability, payment or other issues, we will surely contact you via email and discuss your options. In the case you need to cancel your order, please contact us under Customer Service right away. Please note that all bag products in our Loop Couture Online Store are custom-made to your order and we are unable to cancel an order that is already being crafted for you. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Domestic & International 

We are working with very capable domestic and international shipping partners to make sure your Loop Couture products get delivered to you safe and sound. During checkout you may choose from STANDARD, EXPEDITED or INTERNATIONAL shipping options. Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address, email and phone number for proper delivery. Loop Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In such event, please contact your local package delivery company with the tracking number for further assistance.

We do ship internationally and are happy to spread the Loop Couture love on the planet!! BUT PLEASE NOTE that some countries might add customs duties and/or taxes upon delivery to your country. Loop Couture is not responsible for any fees you might be asked to pay upon time of delivery, as possible fees are subject to your country and are not included in the shipping nor purchase price. Please check with your local customs office for more details ahead of your order! 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What sets us apart from other handbag brands is that Loop Couture bags are custom-made, crafted specifically to your order and handmade to perfection. Nothing truly gives us more joy than knowing you love and cherish your unique Loop Couture item. That is what it's all about. Your trust in our product means the world to us.

In the rare event you do not wish to keep your Loop Couture, we will offer you a store credit within 14 days of customer delivery date. Please note that we do not issue refunds. Any returns for exchanges will have to be shipped at the customer's expense and responsibility. We cannot accept items that were lost or damaged during shipment. Eligible items for exchange will have to meet the following criteria for acceptance: 
1. Unused and undamaged condition
2. Complete with all accessories as it was delivered

3. Purchased at loopcouture.com
